Hey! Aaron here. I’m a Brooklyn-based freelance writer and journalist on the dystopia beat.

I was most recently a technology reporter at Business Insider, where I covered artificial intelligence, tech giants, and the future of work.

Before that, I wrote and produced radio stories on climate and the environment for Sierra Magazine and PRX’s Living On Earth, respectively.

I’ve also written about labor and food systems for Civil Eats and Prism. I dabble in arts criticism here-and-there.

My work has been featured on CBS Mornings, NPR’s Marketplace, and Politico. Stories have been cited by the Supreme Court, FTC, and McKinsey.

When I’m not chasing down sources, I can be found working out, booking last minute flights to Asia, and listening to NTS Radio.

I’m currently open to assignments for reported stories, essays, and cultural criticism. I’m also open to part-time copywriting gigs for tech companies and non-profits.
